What shapes the attributes that define us? Are our characteristics simply something we are born with, or are they gradually developed through our experiences, environment, thoughts, habits, and choices?

In this Task 4: Architecture of Thought session, we explore how human attributes develop and evolve over time. The session looks at the different factors that influence the formation of our character, behaviour, emotional responses, and patterns of thinking.

From our early experiences and surroundings to the habits we develop and the decisions we repeatedly make, our attributes are continuously shaped. Understanding this process allows us to reflect on which qualities we have developed, why they exist, and how they can be consciously strengthened or changed.

???? In this session, we explore:
✅ How attributes and behavioural traits develop
✅ The influence of environment, experiences, and upbringing
✅ The role of habits and repeated behaviours
✅ How thoughts and actions shape our character
✅ Whether attributes can be consciously developed and transformed
