In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that non-Muslim can live under Islamic system as a non-Muslim minority. But they will have to accept the dominance of the law of the land that law of the land will be that of Islam. But their personal laws and believes their honor, property and lives will be protected. And it is the responsibility of granting non-Muslims full freedom in religion. That they can worship anything. But the law of the land the criminal law, the civil law, it will be of Islam.
