What is Desirable on Jumma?This is a Short Clip of Dr Israr Ahmed English lecture.
In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that on Friday from dawn to Jumma prayer should be reserved for Zikr. Although it is not mandatory, only mandatory is Jumma prayer. During this Jumma prayer time, no working, no trading and no business allowed.
There is a Hadith reported by Abu Hurairahin which Mohammad (PBUH) said that “Whosoever Muslim on the day of Jumma take bath (just as the bath he had done when he gone to his wife and purified his body) than he went to the mosque in the first hour of that morning, he will be like a person who sacrifice a camel for Allah (SWT) and who went in the second hour, he will be like a person who sacrifice a cow for Allah (SWT) and whosoever goes in the third hour, he will be like a person who sacrifice a goat for Allah (SWT) and whosoever goes in the fourth hour, he will be like a person who sacrifice a hen for pleasure of Allah (SWT) and whosoever goes in the fifth hour, he will be like a person who sacrifice an egg for Allah (SWT) and when the Imam comes out to deliver sermon and he is going to mosque, the angels who are taking attendance closed their books and take part in sermon”.
