Firaoun committed terrible acts of oppression. He killed children, enslaved people and openly rebelled against Allah. Yet Allah instructed Musa and Harun AS to speak to him gently.
Soft speech is not weakness. It is discipline.
Your anger may be justified, but Allah does not want injustice to control your words, tone or character. When you remain calm in front of someone who is cruel, you show that your emotions are guided by Allah rather than controlled by the person provoking you.
