The Prison That Remains Inside

Bani Isra’eel escaped the physical oppression of Fir’awn, but Allah still told Musa (AS) to bring his people from darkness into light.

Why?

Because escaping an external oppressor does not automatically remove the darkness inside.

Generations of suffering can leave behind fear, bitterness and ingratitude. A person may become physically free while remaining imprisoned by their own mindset.

Freedom from oppression is one journey. Freedom from the darkness it leaves inside you is another.
