Allah’s love and mercy are widely known and cherished by believers. However, it is equally important to acknowledge that Allah’s anger and wrath are real and have significant consequences. As human beings, we must be aware of the actions that can incur Allah’s anger and seek His forgiveness and guidance. This lecture explores the concept of Allah’s anger, the significance of the straight path, and the actions that can lead to His wrath. Aisha (R) narrates, when adultery, drinking wine, singing, dancing and the use of various types of musical instruments become common and fashionable among the people, then the self-respect of Allah also comes into effect. If the people immediately rectify their mistakes, it stops. Otherwise, a vast area of people and grand buildings are razed to the ground and turned into heaps of mud.
