Dhul Qarnayn’s Mysterious Journey:
This story of “dhul qarnayn
and Ya’juj and ma’juj tells about the history of a great personality from a very famous old civilization who had a very mysterious story and had a great achievement and great discoveries as mentioned in Quran. Dhu’l Qarnayn was a king of Persian descent that had been given great power by Allah. He was not a prophet, but a servant of Allah. We are informed that he had power and dominion over the east and west. All countries, nations and kings submitted to him. He had superior might in terms on men, machinery and equipment. He was a believer in Allah, and was on the straight path. Throughout his military travels and expeditions, he would often reflect and contemplate the signs of Allah. He lived his life traveling from one land to the next, in order to establish justice and alleviate the suffering of the people. It is said that only four men had ever ruled the entire world at one time, they were Sulayman (A), Dhu’l Qarnayn, Nimrud, and Nebuchadnezzar (Bukhtnasr).
