Dr Zakir Naik at Dubai International Holy Quran Award

Born on the 18th of October 1965 in the city of Mumbai, Dr. Zakir Naik is the founder of the Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), a non-profit organization and Peace TV — an International Islamic channel which happens to be the most watched religious channel in the world. A medical doctor by profession, Dr. Zakir Naik moved his focus from the field of Medicine to the field of Da’wah and has been serving as the torch bearer of Islam ever since. Dr Zakir Naik has visited various countries such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and Canada. Having been awarded by the Dubai International Holy Quran Award with the title of ‘Islamic Personality of the Year 2013′, Dr. Zakir Naik wishes to serve Islam and convey the message of Allah till his last breath.
