The companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were passionate about learning. For example, Abdullah ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was known as “The Scholar of the Ummah.” He would spend hours learning from the Prophet (peace be upon him) and became one of the most knowledgeable Sahaba. His dedication to knowledge earned him respect and made him a guide for future generations. Another example is Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who was an expert in Islamic law, medicine, and poetry. She taught both men and women and played a significant role in preserving and spreading the teachings of Islam.
