That girl or guy you’ve been talking to is not the best thing that’s ever happened to you, or that marriage you thought would last forever didn’t really materialise, and it’s definitely not helping you advance or get closer to Allah. You know it’s wrong, you want to get over it, you want to move on, but it’s just so hard and no one understands you! People fall in and out of love all the time. While some move on very easily, some get stuck at the same point. Carrying a broken heart isn’t easy. And healing a broken heart isn’t easy either. A broken heart creates a whirlpool that keeps on tightening down the throat. A person feels lost and betrayed. Some people even fall into depression.
