I saw a sign on a chapati! – Mufti Menk

Well, did the sign make you pray five times, or read the Qur’aan daily, or dress appropriately, or stop sin or abusive language etc? Don’t be deceived by your own imagination or the fraud of others. While some signs are legitimate, they are neither to be commercialised nor to be circulated void of any meaningful positive change in our lives. Someone once said, “When the name of Allah is clearly written in the Qur’aan then it doesn’t bother us and when our imaginations make it out from where it may be totally unclear, we make a bigger deal.” If the Word of the Almighty doesn’t move you, then what will move you? #muftimenk
