In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that in Islamic state the citizenship is for only muslims. So, what will happen to Non-Muslims? Whether someone is Muslim or Non-Muslim two things are common between them. Allah created them and they are all progeny of Adam (A.S). So, we can have good relations with them. And when the war is declared with any country then the matter is different. If some country or some nation is resisting you and they want to prevent you from practicing the Deen of Allah then the matter is different. Islamic state can have Non-Muslim citizens and our duty to be good with them.
