In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan described us does Allah allow good relations with Non-Muslims. Allah says in Quran that you can be friendly to them who have never taken part in the war against you or who have not pushed you out from your homeland.
For example, be friendly to the people of Quraish who fought against Muslims and threw them out from their homeland is not allowed by Allah. They have no right to be our friends because they have harm us. But it is allowed to be friendly with the person who have not harm you.
