In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that Shah Waliullah Dehlawi (R.A) in his famous book on the issue of Caliphate system and he says that this ayah is one of the most important basic Ayat of the Quran. And Molana Ubaidullah Sindhi said that this ayah is the basis of International Islamic Revolution. And Dr Israr said that to give you my humble opinion this Ayah is inevitable and necessary key to understand the Shariah of Muhammad (SAW). Unless you understand this ayah you cannot resolve the contradiction of Muhammad (SAW) Shariah.
