In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that someone must standup and he should say I take up a task on myself come here who wants to join me. He himself become Amir who join hands with him will become his follower. Similarly, the people who were with Muhammad (SAW) were his companions. The only difference is he was prophet of Allah and now there is no Nabi to come and now someone should standup. And if you find himself a sincere person then join hands with him and this joining of hands in terminology of Shariah is called Baiyah.
