In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that there is no basis of Organization except Baiyah in Quran and in the whole of Sunnah. The prophets took Baiyah and then Caliphs took Baiyah but only the difference is obedience to Muhammad (SAW) is absolute. But the obedience to Abubakar (R.A), Umar (R.A), Usman (R.A) and Ali (R.A) were conditional but the commandments of Allah is eternal.
