In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that how should any Jamaat or organization should run. Every organization starts with its members. Members should have the right to select their Ameer and the consecutive committee. Then the authorities are divided among Ameer and other committees. If the decision has made and you disagree them you should raise your question by gathering the people which also disagree with decision. But if Ameer give you some order then it is compulsory for you to obey his orders.
