In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that legally a hypocrite is a Muslim. There can be three conditions inwardly for a person who is outwardly a Muslim.
1. Either there is a real Iman and faith
2. Either there is Hypocrisy in heart
3. If someone claims to have both than +1 -1 = 0 so his Iman is zero.
And 99.9% of current Muslims belong to third category.
