Pearls from the Qur’an (Ramadan 2017 Khatirahs Part 13): The Reality of Tawakkul

In today’s Khatirah, Shaykh Dr Yasir Qadhi delivers a reminder about Verse 51, from Surah At-Tawba. Allah (SWT) says: “Say, “Never will we be struck except by what Allah has decreed for us; He is our protector.” And upon Allah let the believers rely.” This verse talks about the reality of the relationship between the servant and the creator. It also talks about the very essential, Quranic concept of Tawakkul, of putting one’s trust in Allah(SWT), including the primary benefit of Tawakkul.
