Performing Haj once is Compulsory for Every Adult Muslim who has the Wealth, Health, and means to do so. Performing Hajj more than once is Voluntary
Ibn ‘Abbaas reported that Al Aqra’ bin Haabis asked the Prophet (pbuh): “O Messenger of Allah! Is Hajj (obligatory) every year, or only once?” He replied: “It is only once, and whoever does more it will be (counted as) voluntary (worship).”
