These verses of Surah Al Kahf contains the story of the People of cave. A few young people who were believers of Islam lived in a time when they were tortured for their beliefs. On Allah’s guidance those believers were persecuted together with their dog and took refuge in a cave where they fell a sleep. And after 300 years when they return, the people of the city had become believer of Islam.
The lecture is presented by Dr Israr Ahmed who was a Pakistani Islamic philospher as well as scholar. He was a founder of Tanzeem-e-Islami.
