And the conditions are real repentance in the heart, firm resolve that from now I’ll not commit any sin, you have to actually give up the sins and then this Toba will be accepted by Allah (SWT). Now these days people are more conscious about Salah, Zakat and Hajj and they forget Huqooq ul Ibad.
