Khabbab ibn al-Aratt (R) stands as one of the earliest believers who bore unimaginable trials for the sake of faith. Mistreated for his devotion, yet unwavering in belief, he transformed his pain into a beacon of guidance for others. His life remains a timeless testament to resilience, patience, and the unbreakable strength of conviction. He was a prominent early Companion of Prophet Muhammad S, recognized as one of the first ten converts to Islam. As a slave and skilled blacksmith in Makkah, he endured severe trials by Quraysh masters due to his faith. He later participated in all major battles, migrated to Madina, and died a respected, pious figure in Kufa. Let’s look at his life.
