Quran says that a Woman is also full human individual. She is fully responsible for her own deeds. She is dependant on her husband. But for good deeds she has to earn for herself. If a woman has Gold, Silver and money it is her duty to pay Zakah. If she will not pay, she will be responsible on the day of judgement not his husband.
