In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that if you have some surplus you have to share it. When system of Zakat established it was said to paid 2.5 percent of what you have. But at a spiritual level it is all that is surplus with you. Islam has two economical levels one at a legal level and other one at spiritual level.
