In Episode 19 of Life of the Final Messenger ﷺ, we explore the events surrounding the siege of Banu al-Nadir in Madinah.
After the difficult period following the Battle of Uhud, tensions remained high within the city. The Prophet ﷺ visited the Jewish tribe of Banu al-Nadir regarding an existing agreement. However, during this visit, a dangerous plot was secretly planned to assassinate the Prophet ﷺ.
Through divine revelation, Allah informed the Prophet ﷺ of the plan before it could be carried out. As a result, the Muslims surrounded the settlement of Banu al-Nadir.
The siege eventually ended without major bloodshed, and the tribe departed from Madinah. Their lands were later distributed among the Muhajirun who had migrated from Makkah.
This episode highlights important lessons about justice, leadership, and how Allah protects His Messenger ﷺ.
