When a person has no clear purpose, even a small disappointment can begin to feel overwhelming. Allah created us with guidance, and the Quran gives our lives direction beyond temporary emotions and circumstances.
The Quran does not teach us to spend our lives chasing happiness. It gives us purpose. And when we live with that purpose, joy becomes a result rather than the goal itself.
Allah knows our emotions, weaknesses and strengths because He created us. The One who understands us completely is also the One who gave us the Quran.
