In this video Dr Israr Ahmed, the founder of TANZEEM-E-ISLAMI, Pakistan telling us that whosoever died without being in an organization died as an illiterate person. So, there are two conditions in Islamic state that first there would be a Caliphate to whom every Muslim should pledge to obey him and second if there is no state now to bring a revolution there should be a party and party should have Amir and Muslim should pledge him to follow him. And there is no third thing.
